Precision Aviation, Inc. of Twin Falls, Idaho and Teton Aviation Center of Driggs, Idaho have entered into a business agreement to provide aircraft charter services out of the Driggs-Reed Memorial airport providing services to the greater Jackson Hole area using a Quest Kodiak 100. The Kodiak, owned by Teton Aviation will be operated by Precision Aviation. Precision Aviation has been serving the southern Idaho aviation community since 2002 providing aircraft charter, maintenance, pilot service and flight instruction. Precision Aviation Maintenance, Inc. has received Authorized Independent Customer Support Center Status from Standard Aero of Canada. Standard Aero is one of the largest overhaul facilities in North America for the Pratt & Whitney PT6 turbine engine series. Precision Aviation Maintenance received this status after completing a PT6A-42 engine conversion on a King Air 200. This authorization will allow Precision Aviation Maintenance to perform a wide variety of maintenance on the PT6A series engines.

Mark Doerr, owner of Precision Aviation, Inc. was recently selected by the Federal Aviation Administration to act as a Designated Pilot Examiner. Mark is authorized to issues licenses to successful applicants for Private Pilot, Commercial Pilot and Instrument Rating.

September 2011
Precision Aviation, Inc. has opened a flight training program at their facility at the Magic Valley Regional Airport. The flight training program will allow students to pursue their objectives and attain licenses for Private Pilot and Commercial Pilot. Additionally Precision Aviation will provide instruction for Instrument Rating, Flight Instructor and Instrument Instructor. Our instructors can provide services for Flight Reviews and Instrument Proficiency Checks as well.

Precision Aviation also has aircraft available for rental and flight instruction. The aircraft currently available is a Cessna 172 with a new Lycoming O-360, 180hp engine. The aircraft is equipped with 2 navigation and communication radios, GPS, ADF and glide slope receiver.
